Third NIIOS Cornea Evening – Live Online – May 29th 2021
On Saturday, May 29th, 2021 we organized our third virtual NIIOS Cornea Evening – Live Online. We noted around 1000 registrations from about 75 countries. We could see and feel your presence through your contribution during the polls, Q&A sessions and WhatsApp messages. Your presence was extremely important to make this event a success.
We hope you were inspired by our program and amazing faculty of international corneal experts and liked the creative breaks, musical interludes and the interactions with you as viewers! Before the scientific program, our evening traditionally started off with classical music composed by Dr. John Gottsch (Baltimore) and Dr. Gerrit Melles. We hope you enjoyed it.
Below you will see an overall impression of the NIIOS Cornea Evening – Live Online of May 29, 2021 with some backstage content, reviews, poll results, and incoming messages by attendees from all over the world!

"Cheers to the people behind the scenes, nice piece of work. The people in front of the camera with their enthusiasm were really distinctive and remarkable, in 5 minutes they were able to bring the heart of the matter into the spotlight. Lamis as a moderator was just right on content and relationship! "
- Michel Versteeg, Cornea Patients Association, Utrecht, The Netherlands
"Your presentation has continued to evolve, your warmth and charm are unique. Content is always relevant. The international and collegial tone is inspiring!"
